Understanding the framework of our professional relationship. These terms govern the use of the Zdravie Nutrition platform and the clinical dietary consultations provided from our Košice office.

By accessing zdravie.sk or engaging in our nutritional services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these legal conditions. This platform is operated by Zdravie Nutrition, located at Hradná 7, Košice. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we respectfully request that you discontinue use of the site immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zdravie Nutrition regarding your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Consultation Scope & Professional Limits

The Guidance

Our dietary guidance is evidence-based and tailored to individual lifestyle needs. We provide nutritional assessments, meal planning, and metabolic support through our proprietary methodology.

The Boundary

Nutritionology is not clinical medicine. Our specialists do not diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. Any advice provided should be viewed as educational lifestyle management and not as a replacement for pharmacological prescriptions.

Booking Policy & Financial Integrity

Reservation & Prepayment

Online consultation bookings made via booking.php require a valid reservation. Depending on the service level selected, a full or partial prepayment may be required to secure the specialist’s time. All transactions are securely processed in Euros (€).

Cancellation Windows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation price. "No-shows" are non-refundable.

Professional Conduct & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including personalized dietary plans, recipes, metabolic charts, and professional literature—is the exclusive intellectual property of Zdravie Nutrition. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Liability and Ethical Responsibility

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any legal proceedings will take place in the courts of the Košice region.
